
Policies and Fees
All monthly classes are assessed a non-refundable registration fee of $15.00.
Dance classes go from September to June. Tuition is based on 10 monthly installments, payable the first of each month. billing statements will be handed out the first class of each month and payment is due upon receipt.
Costume charges will be assess in October and are payable in full by December 1st.
Class Make-up Policy: Classes missed due to sickness, holiday, or inclement weather may be made up by the end of the school year. If another class on the same level is not available, contact the instructor who will determine an appropriate make-up class.
There will be $20 fee for returned checks.

- Be prepared and on time for class. The staff recommends that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your class. Students who are more than 15 minutes late will observe only that day to avoid injuries that may occur without proper warmup
- Hair should be placed in a bun or pulled off the face.
- Proper dance attire is require for all classes.
- Label all dance attire and equipment and keep all personal belongings neatly in your bag.
- Food and gum are not allowed in the studios. Snacks are permitted only in designated areas and only when there is at least a 45 minute break between classes. Containers of water are permitted.
- Dancers are expected to be polite to instructors and classmates and listen carefully to directions and announcements.
- Please review the student responsibilities with your child and ensure they understand the studio's rules.
- Have your child at the studio and prepared before class is to start, and pick up students on time.
- Parents may watch the first class. After that, students should attend class on their own to ensure they give their undivided attention to the instructor.
- Do not permit your child to bring valuables or large sums of money to the studio. The Dance Factory will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Notify The Dance Factory if your child must withdraw from classes.
